Can I send parts of my order to a different address?

Unfortunately if you wish to do this, you will simply have to place separate orders.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays. We’d love to ship your orders on bank holidays however it’s the post offices and couriers that tend to shut down, not us!

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we currently ship to anywhere in the world on our website but not on the, which is North & South America only. If you are having any problems, please get in touch.

How do I receive Free Delivery offers and other promotions?
All orders over $50 include free delivery. Please sign up to the mailing list on our home page or simply follow one of our social media accounts to stay in tuned with promotions.

How long will my order take to arrive?
The following are the standard timescales by states;

CT / RI / MD / DE / NJ / VT - 2-3 working days.

NY / PA - 2-4 working days.

ME / NH / VA / NC / SC / GA / TN / KY / WV / OH / MI / IN / IL - 3-4 working days.

FL / AL / AR / MO / UA / MN / WI / KS / NE / LA / OK - 4-5 working days.

MS / TX / NM / AZ / CO / SD / ND / AK / CA - 5-6 working days.

WA / MT / ID / OR / WY / UT / NV / HI - 6-7 working days.

I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Us! But please remember, all orders are processed Monday through till Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Don’t forget to allow 1-2 business days for order processing too. If you still are anxious and need some reassurance then please don’t hesitate to drop us an email.


I want to return my item, what do I do?
Please email us at Within your email, Please include the following:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • Your PayPal transaction number
  • Your reason for returning the item

We would like to know your reasons for returning an item, i.e. whether you request a refund or would like a replacement. We will respond within 24 hours to arrange your return.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?
Defective Goods: Firstly, many apologies that your products have arrived in poor condition. This is never our intention at Percy Nobleman. Please email to arrange a return. Once the goods have been returned we will refund you for every penny you have spent on the transaction. In other words, the retail price and shipping costs both ways.

If your goods arrive defective or damaged please notify us as soon as possible. Please also do not go ahead and use the product, as it will be harder to decipher if the product has been used or not, which will in-turn invalidate your return claim!

Non Defective Goods: Please give notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt. Once returned we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in all cases within 30 days of your given notice. We will refund the retail price of non-defective goods along with their original delivery charge. Unfortunately we will not refund your returned postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods. Please keep each product in it’s undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product.
